Simply put, the three letters GTS stand for “Gran Turismo Sport.” But you want to know more than that, right? You want to know what it actually means and where it came from. Well, the first Porsche GTS model showed up in the 1960s in the form of the 904 Carrera GTS, which was a classic racer that the company wanted to bring to the streets.
