G-Series Porsche Classic Models at Porsche of Colorado Springs

Labeled the G-Series by the Porsche community, the second era of 911 models remains the longest-running generation to date, spanning from 1973 to 1989. Over the 17-year period, nearly 200,000 G-model vehicles were sold. The turn into this era brought some meaningful design changes to the 911, which gained a raised bumper design with black plastic bellows, three-point safety belts and seat-integrated headrests – all added to appease U.S regulators and consumers.
