Porsche has announced the arrival of a Targa 4S Heritage Design Edition model that will be joining the 2021 Porsche 911 lineup. Just 992 of these models will be made and buyers can opt for a seven-speed manual transmission or a PDK dual-clutch automatic transmission beneath the hood.
